“The Dog Days of Summer” is a series of 16 dogs, each greeting you with the warm gaze of a loving, loyal dog. The series was painted to honor of the role our pets played during the pandemic of 2020-21.

About Pamela Schwartz

Pamela Schwartz enjoys creating abstract acrylic paintings as well as watercolor portraits. She was trained in painting and drawing at Humboldt State University in California. Throughout her career, she has shown in venues across California, Georgia and Florida, as well as many virtual galleries online. Her most notable series were “The Four Faces of Christ” and “The Dog Days of Summer.” She is currently completing a series of watercolor paintings which celebrate our Florida Wildlife. Her focus in each piece of this series is to study the eyes, the “windows to the soul.”
